ELECTION INFORMATION
ABSENTEE VOTING

To vote by absentee ballot:

  • The Department will mail you a ballot if it receives a completed absentee affidavit by December 4 at 12 Noon. Mail it to:
    • ATTN: Absentee Voting
      Department of Elections for New Castle County
      820 N FRENCH ST  STE 400
      WILMINGTON DE  19801
  • Return your voted ballot to the Department no later than 8 p.m. on December 8, 2009.
  • Vote in person at the Department of Elections for New Castle County.
    • Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. until December 4.
    • Monday, December 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 Noon.
    • The Department is closed November 11, 26 and 27.
