Brandywine School District

This ballot is for the special election in the Brandywine School District to vote for or against raising the school tax rate to a maximum of 51.4 cents per $100.00 dollars of assessed property value in local school taxes for current operating expenses, effective July 1, 2002, as is explained more fully in the Notice of Special Election. The 10 percent for delinquencies and costs of collection, as required by law, is included in the 51.4 cent rate effective July 1, 2002.
