ABSENTEE VOTING
Eligible persons wishing to vote in this public school election by Absentee Ballot should send an application for an absentee ballot to the Department of Elections for New Castle County immediately. You may print an absentee application and instructions for this election or have one mailed to you by calling (302) 577-3464.
