Can I vote by absentee ballot?
- Yes, if you cannot go to your polling place on Election Day for a reason listed on the Absentee Affidavit, you are in the military, or if you live outside of the United States.
Does my ballot have to be witnessed or notarized?
- No.
When does the Department of Elections have to receive my ballot in order for it to be counted?
- No later than 8 p.m on the day of the election.
