2012 Presidential Primary Election February 7, 2012 (Subject to change)

ELECTION INFORMATION

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.. Voters in line at a Polling Place at 8 p.m. on Election Day shall be permitted to vote if eligible to vote at that Polling Place. Persons who arrive after 8 p.m. shall not be permitted to vote.

You must be registered to vote as a Democrat to vote in the Democratic Primary and as a Republican to vote in the Republican Primary. No other political parties participate in the State's Presidential Primary.

Voters who are not permitted to vote at a Polling Place on Election Day may appeal that decision to Superior Court on Election Day.
