When is Delaware's Primary?

• Delaware's Primary is the second Tuesday after the first Monday in September.
• It is on September 11 in 2012.
• Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.

How do I get an absentee ballot?

• Fill out an Absentee Affidavit.
• Get it notarized if the reason you are voting absentee is in Section 2.
• Send the Absentee Affidavit to:

Who can vote in a primary?

• Only Democrats can vote in the Democratic Primary.
• Only Republicans can vote in the Republican Primary.
• August 18th is the last day to register to vote before the Primary.
• The deadline to change party affiliation is the last Friday in May.
• You can change your party affiliation after the Primary.
