Accepting requests for Absentee Ballots for the Special Election. |
| October 20, 2007 |
Voter registration at the Appoquinimink and Delaware City Libraries from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., and at the
Corbit-Calloway Library from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m |
| October 23, 24, 25, 30, 31 & November 1 |
The Department of Elections for New Castle County is open until 7 p.m. so that persons may vote
by absentee ballot. |

Last Day to register to vote in order to be eligible to vote in the Special Election. |
| October 27, 2007 |
The Department of Elections for New Castle County is open from 9 a.m. until 12 Noon so that persons may vote
by absentee ballot. |
| October 30, 2007 |
Last Day that absentee ballots can be mailed to applicants. |
| November 2, 2007 at 12 Noon |
Last Day that a person may vote in-person by absentee ballot at the Department of Elections
for New Castle County. |
| November 3, 2007 at 8 p.m. |
Absentee ballots must be received by the Department of Elections for New Castle County in order
to be counted. |
