How to Use Delaware's Voting Machine |
Delaware uses the Danaher Controls ELECTronic 1242 Model 5M Direct Recording Electronic Voting Machine. The 1242 machines were first used in the 1996 State Primary Election. They replaced Shoup lever machines that had been in use in Delaware since the mid-1950s.
